Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort, built in 1999, has been described by
many as the finest new resort in Spain. The golf course, designed by
renowned architect Dave Thomas, (The Belfry, San Roque, La Manga West to name

The area of Murcia with its consistently great climate
has everything from stunning beaches through historic cities of Murcia and

Other courses within less than 45 minutes drive are
the new Polaris courses Mar Menor, La Torre, El Valle Requelme and Condado also
close are La Manga 3 courses, Desert Springs, Roda Golf, Corvera and many
others.
The facilities at the resort are being developed
almost daily and it now boasts a floodlit football pitch, tennis courts bowls
greens and of course the 7400 yard Dave Thomas designed championship golf
course plus a 6 hole training course and some of the best golf practice and
academy facilities to be found anywhere.
The local town of Fuente Alamo is a 5 minute drive and
has plenty of bars clubs and restaurants
The Murcia region is served by 2 major airports
Alicante approximately 1hr 20minutes away and San Javier Murcia Airport which
is about 35 minutes away. There are a large selection of carriers including
Ryanair, Easyjet, Brirsh Airways, Monarch, Jet2 and more. The new Murcia
airport currently under construction is only 20 minutes form the resort.
